WeCanna Acceptable Uploads Policy

This Acceptable Uploads Policy (“Policy”) explains what content you may and may not upload to the WeCanna platform, including social.wecanna.xyz . It applies to all users, creators, and accounts on our network.

Section 1 Purpose & Scope

WeCanna is an adult-oriented online platform. Access and use of our services are restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

This Policy sets out the rules for:

What types of uploads are allowed.
Content that is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and bans.
Your obligations regarding consent and documentation.
How WeCanna enforces this Policy.

This Policy is part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict, the more restrictive provision for user safety and legal compliance will apply.

Section 2 Age & Access Restrictions

WeCanna is not available to minors. By registering, uploading, or viewing content on WeCanna, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location).
You will not allow any person under 18 (or under the applicable age of majority) to access your WeCanna account or to view content on WeCanna.
You will not record, upload, or distribute any content involving persons under 18 (see Section 4 below).

We reserve the right to request age and identity verification and to suspend or terminate accounts where we cannot confirm that these requirements are met.

Section 3 Acceptable Uploads

Subject to all other WeCanna policies and applicable law, the following are examples of content that is generally acceptable to upload:

Adult-only content where all visible and identifiable persons are at least 18 years old and are legally able to participate.
Content that depicts consensual interactions between adults, where all participants have freely and voluntarily agreed to be filmed and to have the content uploaded and shared on WeCanna.
Content that does not promote illegal activity, exploitation, or harm, and does not violate any other law in your jurisdiction or ours (WeCanna is operated by a Colorado-based company in the United States).
Content that follows any additional category or community guidelines published by WeCanna from time to time.

You remain fully responsible for ensuring that your uploads comply with local laws and all WeCanna policies.

Section 4 Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is never allowed on WeCanna. Any upload that falls into these categories will be removed, and the account may be placed on a permanent ban list. Where required, WeCanna may also report the content and related account(s) to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

4.1 Underage content

Any content involving a person who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
This includes situations where you cannot demonstrate that all participants are 18 or older at the time of filming.
This includes any depiction that suggests or portrays minors, even if the participants are adults, where the intent or presentation is to represent a person under 18.

4.2 Non-consensual or exploitative content

Any content involving non-consensual activity or where there is no clear and voluntary agreement of all participants.
Any content that depicts or promotes coercion, exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or any form of harm.
Content where a participant is unable to give informed consent (including, but not limited to, being unconscious, heavily intoxicated, or otherwise impaired).

4.3 Bestiality

Any content depicting or implying sexual contact with animals is strictly prohibited.
Even a brief frame or partial clip that includes such material is a violation and may result in permanent account bans.

4.4 Illegal activity

Content that depicts or promotes illegal acts under applicable law (for example, criminal violence, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct).
Content that violates any local, state, federal, or international law, including but not limited to laws relating to obscenity, exploitation, trafficking, or privacy.

4.5 Links and external platforms

Because WeCanna is an adult-oriented platform and many third-party services restrict or prohibit adult content, we may limit or disallow:

Uploads that include links, overlays, or watermarks directing viewers to platforms that prohibit adult content or would be put at risk by such linking.
Content designed primarily to circumvent other platforms’ rules or to misrepresent the nature of WeCanna content on third-party services.

We may update these linking rules from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any updated version of this Policy.

Section 5 Consent & Documentation

To help protect all participants, and to support legal compliance, you may be required to maintain and, upon request, provide documentation showing:

That all identifiable participants are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), including valid ID documentation.
That all participants have given informed, voluntary consent to be recorded and to have the content uploaded and distributed on WeCanna.
That any required releases or consent forms have been properly completed, signed, and dated. WeCanna may provide template forms, but you should consult your own legal advisor as needed.

WeCanna may request such documentation at any time. If you cannot or will not provide satisfactory evidence of age and consent upon request, WeCanna may:

Remove the relevant content.
Suspend or terminate your account.
Place your account on a permanent ban list.
Make a report to law enforcement or regulators where required or appropriate.

Important: WeCanna does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you and your uploads in your jurisdiction and in ours.

Section 6 Enforcement & Reporting

WeCanna reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, flag, restrict, remove, or refuse any content that appears to violate this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Possible enforcement actions include, without limitation:

Content removal.
Temporary suspension of uploads or account access.
Permanent account bans and placement on a ban list.
Restriction of certain features (for example, limiting visibility or discoverability of your content).
Reporting suspected illegal content or activity to law enforcement, regulators, or other relevant authorities.

If you see content that you believe violates this Policy (for example, suspected underage content or non-consensual activity), you should report it immediately through any in-platform reporting tools or by contacting: contact@wecanna.xyz.

Section 7 Changes to This Policy

WeCanna may update or modify this Acceptable Uploads Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, safety practices, or community standards.

We will post the updated Policy on this page and may, where we consider it appropriate, notify users through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of WeCanna after an update becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

We also reserve the right to introduce additional, more detailed rules (for example, category-specific or feature-specific guidelines) and to modify or remove features related to uploads and content distribution. Those changes may be made without prior individual notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Summary: WeCanna is an adult-only platform. Absolutely no underage, non-consensual, bestiality, or illegal content is allowed—ever. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with this Policy and all applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in permanent bans and, where appropriate, reports to authorities.
