IronThoughts™ | Business | Wisdom on Instagram: "You survived every single moment you thought would permanently break you. You stood alone in rooms where no one noticed your heavy isolation, smiling through the quietest battles just to keep the surrounding environment stable. You endured nights of aggressive overthinking and days that threatened to drain your entire psychological reserve. You have played the anchor for so long that you mistakenly started believing you must operate with zero structural support. Carrying the entire burden alone is an operational error, not a badge of honor. Pausing to recalibrate is a strategic necessity, not an indicator of weakness. You have advanced further than your current blindspots allow you to acknowledge. SAVE THIS. SHARE THIS. Sami Bachota | Certified Narcissistic Abuse Specialist on Instagram: "Think about that for a second. The person you trusted most became the very person repeatedly harming you. That type of betrayal does not just affect emotions. It deeply impacts the nervous system, your sense of safety, your ability to trust, and how your body responds to stress long after the relationship ends. And it’s not your fault.❤️‍🩹 @informed_healing #narcissisticabuseawareness #narcissisticabuserecovery #traumainformed #nervoussystemhealing #abuseawareness"
