This is part of a $120M statewide push that’s bringing real projects to life: 🏘️ Poblana Place – 84 units of workforce & senior housing 🏡 Sombra del Oeste – townhomes built for first-time buyers 🏙️ Tierra Linda – 240-unit affordable community 🏢 Wells Fargo Building Conversion – transforming the 13-story tower into 100 affordable residences ✨ Homelessness Support – new youth-adult navigation center, more case-management beds at the Gateway Center, and expanded shelter operations for ages 18–25 All funding is expected to be fully deployed by June 30, 2026 in the Albuquerque–Bernalillo region.
